Dawn Curtis Hanley

Dawn Curtis Hanley brings over 20 years of as an award-winning marketing and communications executive, with a particular expertise in the fields of integrated marketing, brand strategy and innovative event strategy and production. Her background includes 12+ years’ experience in strategic marketing, communications and events for luxury hospitality brands, and 6 years as Executive Director of Marketing for Boston Magazine, where her team produced 75+ events each year including the annual Best of Boston, crafting high-profile events that draw Boston’s most esteemed business and community leaders. Dawn has worked with dozens of clients in media, hospitality, real estate and non-profit sectors to develop strategic plans, create or refresh brand strategy, launch companies, build and execute integrated marketing plans and plan annual galas.

Amy Kimball

Amy Kimball brings an exceptional event and design background to Anchor18 as an accomplished event designer and producer.  Having lived in Cork, Ireland, Los Angeles and New York City—gives Amy a unique and worldly view, understanding and appreciating different environments, distinctive points-of-view and sophisticated senses of style.  Based in Boston over the last ten years, Amy has worked with the “best of the best,” including Rafanelli Events and has produced more than 100 events in Boston, France, Palm Beach, The Hamptons, Hawaii, Mexico, British Virgin Islands, Argentina and beyond.  Amy is often tapped by local news television and print media as an expert to share event trends, ideas and inspiration.

Dawn and Amy, the principals of Anchor18, began collaborating to create captivating and exceptional events in 2006, when the duo transformed Fenway Park to host the much-anticipated Best of Boston event for Boston Magazine.   Both pride themselves on designing marketing programs, events and experiences that delight and inspire to create moments and assets that bring client’s companies to life in meaningful and memorable ways.  Their expertise, both collaboratively and individually, offers clients a rare combination of unparalleled strategy, creativity and execution.
