20th Anniversary

 New Venture Competition

Rock Center for Entreprenuership

Harvard Business School tapped Anchor18 to design and execute its prestigious New Venture Competition’s 20th Anniversary that supports entrepreneurs as they take their ‘diamond in the rough’ new venture ideas and turn them into viable businesses or ‘polished gems.’ 


Signature:Anchor18 designed the competition to reflect an awards ceremony concept, with an engaging host who led the finalists through a high energy and highly entertaining afternoon of business venture presentations.  Anchor18 integrated the ‘diamond in the rough’ concept into a custom set design, the script written for the emcee, the actual awards presented to winners, table décor at the receptions and more.

Philips engaged Anchor18 to execute the 2018 Philips Innovation Drive, an international summit orchestrated across 4 Innovation hubs: Cambridge, (US); Bangalore, (India); Eindhoven (Netherlands); and Shanghai, (China). More than 1,200 people participated in the multi-city event, connecting via Skype for keynotes, while producing local content in each city through Master Classes and Exhibits for attendees.  

Signature: While the Philips design team created the conference brand, Anchor18 tasked with bringing the PID 2018 brand to life at the US conference venue. Dramatic, large format window clings, wall paper and column wraps were installed, along with bold color accents throughout the room that reflected Philips brand. Anchor18 coordinated the US venue’s intense preparation and rehearsals for the complex choreographed audio visual aspects of the multi-city program.

Results: Anchor18 coordinated all partners and vendors to flawlessly execute the 2 day summit. The branding and guest experience was powerful and engaging.

Martha's Vineyard 

Food & Wine Festival

Anchor18 took over production of the Martha’s Vineyard Food & Wine Festival in 2016 and immediately started to rebuild the brand and reputation for the 5-day event. Since then, our team has elevated and curated the Festival to include 40+ individual events each year, including lunches, dinners, educational seminars and of course, the Grand Tasting, which draws close to 1,000 attendees and 90+ winemakers, restaurateurs and related vendors.

Our holistic approach to Festival production ensures that each element and touchpoint is seamless, from development of the annual calendar of events, to  sponsorship coordination and activation, talent booking, event design, marketing, ticket sales and promotion.


As a result, the Festival has grown in size and scope each year and attendee feedback and loyalty is strong.
